 It was the year 1775. A coach was going from London to Dover. The road was wet and muddy. The horses pulled the heavy coach slowly.(p.8)




 This story is about the past story. At that time, many wars were happened. Some countries were fighting. Because of them, many people felt dangerous. THe main character and his family faced dangers too. From this, I thought that peace is the most important for us.

Last weekend's memory

What Was It Like?

Today I read What Was It Like?, a book in Oxford Reading Tree series. It was written by Roderick Hunt. The children were excited. They were going to take part in a play. It was all about the history of the town. The play was goung to be held in the park, and the children had to rehearse their scene. " I hope we don't forget what to do, " said Chip. The students experienced the war. I think it was good chance to feel areal situation of the war. A lot of people suffered from it. But now we can't experience. my weekend's memory

I had a Takoyaki party with Sawako last weekend. We went to a supermarket to buy octopus, doughnuts, some snack food, and chicken. Then We went to MacDonald and bought french fry. A lot of Takoyaki we made were very delicious but we were full soon. And then we stayed up later night and sang with large voice. We enjoyed that party.
