BR-12 A Cristmas Carol

 Marley was dead. There is no doubt about that. The clergy man, the clerk, the undertaker, and the chief mourner signed  the register at his funeral. Scrooge signed it. Old Marley was as dead as a door-nall. (p.13)


I learned about the author last year, but I haven't read the story. It is popular around the world. The main character is a very ruthless man. One day a dead person named Marley appeared and adviced him not to be ruthless. After that he changed his mind and heabecame a good person. From this story, I learned that it is important to listen to someone's advice and to be kind to other people.
